Important Information & Booking Terms

•  Quotation Validity

• All quotations are valid for 14 days from the date of issue.

 

Health & Emergency Care

• I am trained in canine first aid and always prioritise your dog’s wellbeing. If your dog requires urgent veterinary care during the day, I will seek advice and assistance from a local vet (based on your wedding location).

• While I will always try to contact you or a member of your bridal party first, if that isn’t possible, I will act in the best interests of your dog at the time.

• Please note: any veterinary fees incurred will be your responsibility and are not included in your quoted service cost.

 

Vaccinations & Neutering

• Your dog does not need to be vaccinated or neutered to attend your wedding. However, please inform me of any health concerns, behavioural issues, or special care requirements at the time of booking.

 

Payments & Booking Process

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking

• • The remaining 50% is due one month before your wedding day

• Once I receive your deposit, your date is confirmed.

 

During the Wedding

• Throughout the day, I’ll take photos of your dog and send them to you, so you can see what they’ve been up to while you're celebrating.

• I will use photos of your dog and wedding on my social media and website. Please tell me before the big day if you don't want your photos used.

• I’m dedicated to providing exceptional care and companionship for your dog on your special day. I’ll work with you to plan their involvement based on their personality and needs, making sure they feel relaxed, loved, and part of the celebration.

• I treat every dog like my own, with patience, kindness, and plenty of cuddles.
