Hi, I'm Lizzie,  and I absolutely adore dogs!

Based in Somerset, I’ve dedicated my life to caring for dogs with love, patience, and understanding. Every dog I work with is treated as if they were my own, because that’s how I believe it should be.

I’ve had dogs all my life and currently share my home with Ronnie, a sweet Pomeranian cross, who’s now a registered therapy dog. He’s my daily reminder of how much love dogs have to give.

​

With over five years of hands-on experience working in rescue centres, I’ve cared for dogs of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments. I trained in Animal Management (Level 2) while apprenticing with the RSPCA, and later worked as an Animal Care Assistant at the National Animal Welfare Trust.

​

I got married in June 2023 (that’s us in the photo!), and of course, our dogs were there with us. They walked down the aisle with the bridesmaids and were included in the photos. Having them there made our day even more special - and that’s exactly what I want to help create for other couples.

​

Because of my background with rescue dogs, I understand how important it is to have someone who truly "gets" your dog, especially if they’re a little nervous or need more time to feel comfortable. I always take the time to build trust and work at their pace.

I'm fully insured, DBS checked, and trained in canine first aid.  You can feel confident your dog is in safe hands.
